Light at the end of the tunnel

It is a sad fact that each and everyone of us will someday lose someone we hold dearly in our hearts. They too will pass. And our lives will change. Our hearts broken. Our spirits crushed.

Everyday, people lose their loved ones and they wish they could bring them back, if not the time. Sadly, most people live as if they could live forever. They wait for the right time before they take the steps. Some let fear hold them back and along the way, forgetting that when the "right" time comes, it might just be too little, too late.

We all fear something in our lives. I have many fears. One of them is not knowing what the future will bring. I fear the unknown, the uncertainty of everything, but the thing I fear the most is leaving this world without taking risks of falling and getting hurt because of my fears. I do not know what the future holds but I am willing to take the risk, to get hurt, to feel the pain because I know that in life, you have to experience these in order to fully love and live. I would rather love and be with the person I love than be afraid and waste this little time we all have in this world.

There are things I do not understand, but I believe there is light at the end of every dark tunnel. For this, I am able to keep loving and not let my fears hold me by the wrist. I hope you too will believe...that there is light at the end of a dark tunnel.
